Refund & Returns Policy

At GlowSphere Cosmetic, we want you to love your order. Please read the policy below before purchasing.

1. 30-Night Glow Promise

Use your GlowSphere Overnight Mask as directed for 30 nights. If you don't see a brighter-looking complexion, email us at Glowsphere2026@outlook.com within 45 days of delivery and we will refund your first order. There is no need to send the product back.

To help us process your request, please include your order number and one or two photos of your skin, or a short description of your experience.

  • The Glow Promise applies to your first order only, and to one refund per customer.
  • For multi-mask bundles, we refund the full bundle if at least one mask is returned unopened; otherwise we refund the price of one mask.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

2. Cancelling your order (14 days)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Items must be returned unopened and with their seal intact, as opened cosmetics cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. Please email us first to request a return; return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Incorrect orders

If we send the wrong item or deliver your order to the wrong address, we will send you the correct item free of charge or issue a full refund.

4. Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video. Once confirmed, we will replace the item or refund it.

5. Undelivered parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to our local warehouse:

  • If it is undamaged, it can be re-sent within the specified time frame for a fee of £5.66 per parcel.
  • If it is damaged, or if it is not claimed within the specified time frame, the parcel will be disposed of.
